Maxim Mnyakin was born on July 8, 1981 in Tynda, USSR, in a family of builders of the Baikal-Amur Mainline.

During his school years, Maxim Mnyakin studied at one of the best schools in the city- Humanitarian General Education Gymnasium No. 1 in Tynda. After graduating from high school in 1998, Maxim Mnyakin entered the Faculty of Humanities of St Petersburg Polytechnic University, from which he graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science (Specialist) degree in Social and Organizational Management.

At his first year at university, Maxim showed entrepreneurial talent and a desire to start his own business. So, in 2000 Maxim registered a company with his friends and organized his first real business. He opened a computer club, providing hourly rent of computers to other students and schoolchildren.

During his senior year, together with other graduates, he organized the work and opened his university's representative office in Moscow. Also during his study at the university, Maxim and his fellow students from different universities created the Youth Parliament in the city of St. Petersburg. It was then that Maxim's really active public life began, which went far beyond the limits of one university and embraced the whole multi-million city.

In many respects it was the diverse student and public life that helped Maxim get acquainted and establish strong contacts with famous people in business and politics, who later provided serious support to his own business development.

After graduating from university, in 2003, Maxim Mnyakin was asked to head the representative office of Russian large jewelry manufacturing company in St Petersburg with the task to open and develop his own retail chain of jewelry stores. Maxim accepted the proposal and by 2005 he opened several retail jewelry stores, managing and developing the project.

In 2005 Maxim moved to Moscow and started to work in the representative office of the European business group BMS, representing a European insurance broker in Russia and offering insurance services, as well as full support of the client at all stages of the insurance policy from more than 20 largest Russian insurance companies in several products, such as car insurance, health insurance, real estate, liability, etc.

Very soon Maxim catches the attention of the owner of this business group, he is offered to head the office in Russia. Maxim accepts the offer and becomes the general director of Technologiya company, developing business of an insurance broker.

The company under Maxim's direction gains momentum rapidly and shows outstanding financial results. At one of the working meetings Maxim suggested reinvesting the profit received in other businesses and presented his project, this proposal interested Maxim's employer, the owner of the European business group BMS.
Project proposed by Maxim was supported and was funded to launch in Russia. Thus Maxim's history of partnership and great friendship with the European business group BMS began, which continues to this day for more than 15 years.

The first project proposed by Maxim and jointly realized started in 2006 and it is still running. Technology company signed a dealer agreement with the European mobile operator Top Connect, under which it represents the operator in the Russian Federation with an international travel sim card product, which it sells under its own registered brand Simtravel.

An outstanding project initiated and successfully implemented by Maxim is the first international travel SIM card in Russia. Maxim's talented approach and new original solution made it possible to make communication abroad accessible for the mass mobile users. Maximum professional development resources, such as visiting international telecom exhibitions, studying the experience of foreign colleagues as well as researching the Russian market, were used to bring it to life.
In 2010, Simtravel was listed in the Encyclopedia of Communications and Broadcasting as the leader among operators providing international mobile communications services abroad. Today this international travel sim card operates in more than 200 countries with a single international number.
Thanks to his entrepreneurial talent, active lifestyle and purposefulness, Maxim Mnyakin quickly seizes the market and becomes the leader among the companies that offer similar sim cards of other mobile operators in Russia.
Maxim’s continuous desire to improve, move forward and develop the product became the driver of his new development– reaching the level of the CIS countries. So new contracts were signed and representative offices of Technologiya company were opened in Moldova, Georgia and Ukraine. The total volume of Simtravel sim cards sold to date has reached more than 1 million.
Simtravel know-how was a free hotline– a support service for tourists abroad, the work of which was highly appreciated by Rostourism and directly by customers.
Maxim Mnyakin was constantly in search of new sales channels and attracting new subscribers, concluding contracts and presenting his product in all companies that in one way or another came into contact with his potential customers. For example, he made an uncommon decision to sell sim cards in the checkout areas of the largest grocery stores, such as "AUCHAN" and "The seventh continent".
In order to improve his work and continuous development, Maxim regularly receives different trainings and improves his qualifications.
In 2010 Maxim Mnyakin opened a representative office of his companies in St. Petersburg and began studying at one of the best universities in the country, St. Petersburg University of Economics. In 3 years Maxim successfully defended his thesis for the award of a degree in economic sciences on "Management Outsourcing in Organization".
In 2012 Simtravel project was included in the all-Russian reference book "Who's Who in Telecommunications", which is a serious indicator of recognition on the Russian market. The book contains biographies of the most famous and influential figures in the Russian telecommunications market.
Despite the huge success of the project and the extensive sales network (in addition to cellular retail, Simtravel sim card was also presented in more than 3 000 sales points in travel agencies), Maxim always had a great desire and an ambitious goal to introduce the Simtravel product in Russian airports in the international departures zone.
So the idea of a new business was born- to install vending machines in Russian airports and to organize the sale of international Simtravel sim cards and other related products, excluding the agency component in sales, and, due to this, to increase the margin from the sale of his sim cards. Today BMS company owned by Maxim and his partners is the undisputed leader on the Russian market of non-food products sales through vending machines in the airports in major Russian cities such as Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sochi, Ekaterinburg, Kazan, Volgograd, Samara, Krasnoyarsk and others.
Maxim Mnyakin with his team implemented new projects within this company. The vending machines installed by BMS sell not only Simtravel sim cards, but also sim cards of all Russian mobile operators, as well as the accessories of mobile devices, toys for children, sports merchandise of soccer and hockey clubs and other non-food products. The company's partners include such well-known companies as TOY.RU, Deppa, ELARI, mobile operators MTS, Megafon, Beeline, Tele2, Sberbank Mobile and others.
During the FIFA World Cup 2018 in Russia, Maxim Mnyakin and BMS signed the first license agreement of its kind for the sale of official merchandise and souvenirs dedicated to the World Cup in Russian airports through vending machines. It was an uncommon decision on cooperation in such a new for the market format, based on the results of which Maxim Mnyakin was awarded a diploma as the leader of the company with the best results among all concluded licensing contracts in Russia.
Maxim and his team are systematically working on the improvement of vending machines and introduce progressive and modern solutions, which open new opportunities for the company’s partners- product suppliers. Nowadays BMS vending machines are not only the instrument of goods sale, but also a set of marketing tools. BMS company automates the process of sales in the vending machine, improves customer service and the overall operation of the machine.
Maxim Mnyakin is constantly in search of new ideas for business, he visits exhibitions and professional conferences not only in Russia, but also abroad. In 2021, the new history of another telecommunication project began. Thanks to the talent of management and forecasting, a competent approach to the team formation, Maxim managed to gather a team of professionals, the best experts in the field of telecommunications. This year, Maxim Mnyakin and his Partners are launching a new company, registering the new Teletie brand and launching Russia's first full-fledged mobile operator service provider project with a fully remote service for its subscribers.
The analysis showed that SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) segment was the most interesting niche in terms of potential demand. Thanks to the analytical mind and forecasting skills, Maxim and his team have managed to make available tariff plans from the business segment of the operator for micro-businesses and get a huge effect from the project. Teletie offers one of the best mobile communication and mobile Internet tariffs on the market for small and medium business subscribers, for those who consume a large number of minutes and mobile Internet in their tariffs.
Today Teletie company is the first Russian online business class operator with a fully organized structure of remote subscriber service. The project already operates in more than 40 regions of the Russia and has a subscriber base of over 200,000.
Maxim's drive and goal commitment, his desire to move forward, to improve himself and his business, as well as his restless desire to grow and create something new have constantly driven new projects. In 2013, a new idea was born to create his own outsourcing call center, which could serve not only his own projects, but also those of other companies.
The new company is Telestandard. Since the operational costs of the project were already utilized by their own projects, Telestandard entered the market for outsourced call center services with a very favorable price offer, thus immediately attracting a large pool of clients. In the first year, contracts were signed with many major customers: telecommunications companies, postal services, medical companies, car dealers and others.
Today the company has more than 300 phone operators, and the work of the departments of attracting new customers, the department of recruiting and training of new employees, quality control department, and the department of introducing new technologies has been organized.
Maxim is a permanent member of the jury and expert of various competitive events of business orientation, forums and exhibitions in the field of economics and entrepreneurship, he is a member of the International Youth Chamber in the local organization JCI (Junior Chamber International).
In 2016, Maxim Mnyakin was a member of the jury of the Effie Awards Russia 2015. Effie Russia is a national competition for one of the world's most prestigious marketing awards, the EFFIE AWARDS. Becoming a member of the jury of this contest meant appreciation of merits and the highest level of competence. In 2021, he was awarded the title of Professor of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences. The diploma is awarded by the International Association of Scientists, Teachers and Specialists for significant contribution in the development of world science.

In 2021, Maxim Mnyakin and his team are launching another start-up, LiloPhoto. Lilophoto became the world's first professional automated photo studio without a photographer, which creates high quality portrait images with a simple, clear and user-friendly interface. Photos are created with the help of professional photo equipment, studio lighting devices, considering the rules of frame building in portrait art. Photo calibration and adjustment of lighting equipment is done with the participation of leading professional photographers, lighting designers, as well as operators of major TV companies and photo studios. All hardware units are optimized by specially developed software, a control terminal and a unique user interface. The studios have been installed in Moscow's largest shopping centres, including Aviapark, Europe's largest shopping centre.
Today Maxim Mnyakin and his Partners own 15 trademarks and three patents.

I ONE COMPANY launched its first business project and is actively developing it as part of its business strategy. The first project to be implemented was the already successful Lilophoto project in Russia, which is already operating under a registered trademark and has received the highest praise from Maxim's clients and partners in the US.

I ONE COMPANY has signed an agreement with Nayax Ltd., a global fintech company whose main products are point-of-sale (POS) devices that accept payment methods via reader, contact or contactless payment, via credit/debit/ or prepaid cards, mobile applications, and QR scanning. Nayax hardware on software level is successfully integrated into Lilophoto project, which enables smooth operation of the project, namely in organization of customer payment for Lilophoto service, in the USA, Europe and many other countries in the world.
Automated photo studios have been installed already in major shopping malls in Philadelphia and Georgia as well as in Florida. By the end of 2023, about 50 more studios are planned to be installed in the largest shopping and entertainment centers in America. In the very near future, the Lilophoto project is planned to be launched as a franchise model, thus scaling it up. The plan and goal for the next three years is to open up to 1,000 photo studios in the USA and expand the project outside the USA (to countries in Latin, South and North America).
Since Spring 2023, Maxim Mnyakin and his company I ONE COMPANY is a member of the largest non-profit organization and the largest chamber in Palm Beach County - Boca Chamber, which currently has over 1,700 member companies representing over 130,000 employees in South Palm Beach County and beyond.
Maxim's entrepreneurial talent, creative thinking, his ability to think outside the box, his ability to find new approaches and unusual solutions in any situation allow him to confidently move forward and achieve new success in the new country.
